July 4th Discount Code Terms & Conditions
- Loaded shall organise a promotion (the “Promotion”) during which the successful use of a a coupon code will apply a discount to the order total to an amount corresponding to US$1 (or rounded to the nearest amount based on GBP currency conversion) on products available at https://www.loaded.com/ (the "Website").
- The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) in which the coupon is active is between 08:00 July 1st 2021 and 23:59 July 10th 2021 Eastern Time, or until discounts supplies last (there is a limit to the number of total coupon code uses).
- Customers wishing to enter The Promotion must enter the voucher code ‘JULY4’ (without quotes) at checkout when completing a purchase on Loaded during the Promotion Period.
- You must register an account or login to your account to redeem the voucher code.
- Your billing address must be based in the United States.
- The voucher code is limited to one use per account only.
- The voucher code is redeemable against orders that have a minimum value of US$10 or more.
- If you cancel your transaction, the discount shall immediately become invalid. Any refund you may be entitled to receive for the return of the item will not exceed the amount paid towards the applicable purchase price.
- The discount applies to the displayed price of on the website, and is not applicable to any taxes, handling, or other charges, including delivery and shipping fees.
- Loaded will not be responsible for any website issues, coupon code issues, or failure to perform any services related to any Promotion, or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the get of the Discount.
- Loaded reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this promotion at any time. Loaded reserve the right to add additional terms and conditions to parts of this promotion.
- In the event of a change to these Terms and Conditions, Loaded will notify all registered users who have been notified to participate in this promotion.
- Loaded shall ensure that the promotion is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes shall be brought in the courts of England and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
