Facebook Competitions
The promoter is Loaded.com.
The competition is open to Facebook users aged 16 years or over (or 18+ where the prize is age-restricted), excluding employees of Loaded.com, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and Loaded.com’s general terms

To enter, participants must like the competition post and leave a comment on the post.
Only one entry per person per competition is permitted; multiple entries will not be counted.
The closing date for entry will be specified in the competition post; entries received after this date will not be accepted.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for any reason.
Winners will be selected at random using software from all valid entries received and verified by the promoter or its agents.
The winner will be notified via Facebook private message within 48 hours of the competition closing.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
The prize will be as stated in the competition post, including any applicable regional or age restrictions.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
Prizes are subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equivalent value without notice.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by third parties.
Prizes will be delivered digitally via private message or email (if preferred).
Prize codes must be redeemed before their stated expiry date; expired prizes will not be reissued.
The promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition and/or these terms at any time due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to legal or regulatory changes, technical issues, or force majeure events.
The promoter may modify these terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting.
The winner agrees to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes.
The winner’s name may be announced on the relevant competition post on the Loaded.com Facebook page.
Personal data will be used in accordance with the Loaded.com Privacy Policy and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

The competition and these terms will be governed by UAE law, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts, unless otherwise specified in the competition post.
For competitions where the prize is a free key, English law may apply, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Where prizes are awarded as CDKoins, winners must provide the email address associated with their Loaded.com account; if no account exists, one must be created to receive the reward.
CDKoins will be credited within three working days of confirmation.
CDKoins are valid for 180 days from the date of deposit and must be redeemed within this period.
CDKoins can be redeemed in the following currencies: EUR, GBP, USD, CAD, PLN, AED, DKK, SEK, THB, ILS, MXN, RSD, CZK, and SAR.
A maximum of 50% of an order value can be paid using CDKoins, with the remaining balance payable via another payment method.

The competition is open to any Instagram user aged 16 years or over except employees of Loaded.com and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only one entry will be accepted per person per competition. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted separately.
Closing date for entry will be stated on each competition post. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

The winner will be required to share their email address connected to their Loaded account for the rewards to be deposited directly to their account.
In a situation where the winner does not have an account on Loaded.com, he/she will need to create an account to receive their rewards.
CDKoins earned in a giveaway are only valid for 180 days from the day of deposit.
Any CDKoins earned in a giveaway will be deposited into the account within three working days.
CDKoins must be redeemed within 180 days.

Loaded Matchday Competitions
Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Loaded.
Eligibility: The competition is open to residents worldwide. Entry is only for the opportunity to win match tickets. Travel, accommodation, and other expenses are not included.
Entry:
No purchase is necessary.
To enter, participants must comment on the competition social post answering: “Who would you take with you to Selhurst Park, and why?”
For additional chances to win, participants may follow and repost the competition post.
Only one primary entry per person will be counted. Extra entries via reposts will be considered at the promoter’s discretion.
Competition Period: The competition opens on February 11th and closes on February 18th at 23:59 GMT. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
Prize:
Each winner will receive 2 tickets to Crystal Palace vs Wolves at Selhurst Park on 22 February.
Selhurst Park is located in London, England, SE25 6PU.
Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
Travel, accommodation, and other expenses are not included.
Winner Selection:
Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received.
The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners.
Notification: Winners will be contacted via social media within 24 hours of the competition closing. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours, an alternative winner may be selected.
Data Protection: Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with Loaded’s Privacy Policy.
General: The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition if required due to circumstances beyond its control.
