Gift Card – Terms and Conditions

Gift cards can be used in full or in part towards a purchase of games, memberships, and top-ups on Loaded.com.

The gift card values are £5, £10, £20, and £50. If you are browsing the site in a currency other than GBP, you will see a converted value alongside each card. For example, the USD value of a £10 card is shown if your currency is set to USD.

The recipient will receive the Loaded Gift Card via email. Please ensure the recipient’s email address is correct. Loaded cannot change the recipient’s email address after purchase, or offer refunds on a gift card that has been purchased with an erroneous email address.

The gift card will be sent to the recipient usually within a couple of minutes. If not received, please ensure the recipient checks their junk/spam email. If still not been received, you are welcome to submit a ticket to our customer service team here.

If the recipient does not use the full gift card amount it can be redeemed in subsequent purchases until it expires.

Where a gift card holder wants to buy a product with a higher balance than is on the gift card, they will be required to pay the difference in value through any of the available payment methods.

The gift card has an expiry date, which is one year (365 days) from the date it was created.

No CDKoins (Loaded loyalty programme) will be earned when purchasing a gift card.

CDKoins cannot be used to purchase a gift card.

It is the gift card recipient’s responsibility to ensure the gift card code is kept confidential and not shared with anyone. If a gift card is used without the consent of the gift card holder or is lost, Loaded cannot replace or reimburse the amount of the gift card.

Gift cards cannot be used for wholesale/bulk buying. Any users who try to purchase products in bulk with gift cards will have their account and/or the gift card deactivated.

Loaded reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and to suspend or discontinue the gift card scheme where necessary due to circumstances beyond Loaded.com's control. Loaded reserves the right to suspend gift card for certain accounts should they find to be in violation of the Loaded terms and conditions.

Loaded gift cards are not exchangeable for cash, are non-transferable and non-refundable.
