Koins Terms & Conditions

The Koins Loyalty Program is operated under the terms and conditions set out below. By using Koins you agree that you have:

• Read and accept these rules and that you have read and accepted the website terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy
• Consented to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by the company and the loyalty program in accordance with the company’s privacy policy

You also assent that:

• All Loyalty Program benefits, offers, awards and services are subject to availability and may be changed or removed in any way, shape or form, at any time, without any notice
• Loaded can change the amount earned per purchase at any time, including removing the amount altogether, with no notice
• Koins is subject to a fair use policy. Koins may be revoked or not added to a user’s account if there are signs or evidence that a user:
  • is trying to manipulate the system
  • is attempting to bulk buy on Loaded
  • is utilizing Koins in conjunction with other cashback or rewards systems, such as through Loaded’ affiliate program
  • is trying to expose any flaw or system on the website or a third-party platform
• A maximum of up to 50% of the value of the order can be redeemed with Koins. The remainder will be charged to your chosen payment method.
• Koins earned through transactions will expire 90 days from the date they are awarded. Koins earned through promotional campaigns are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion. The exact expiry date for all Koins can be viewed in the Rewards section of your account.
• Koins will be credited after a minimum of 10 (TEN) working days after purchase. Redemption of Koins will be available to redeem on the customer’s account only after internal checks have been completed and Loaded is satisfied that the customer meets all the criteria
• Koins cannot be earned or redeemed on pre-order games or top-up cards.
• Loaded reserves the right to remove Koins’ accrual from certain member accounts without reason or explanation
• Koins are not transferrable from one account to another, and not sellable. Koins cannot be withdrawn from an account and the amount cannot be transferred as cash or to a bank account
• Loaded reserves the right to void any Koin credits where a purchase is deemed to be for commercial or resale purposes rather than personal use.
• Koins will not be credited to any account if a user has made a guest purchase

Any Koins that are earned from a purchase will be deducted if a refund is requested later.
