Customer Reviews

The Pros
Fast delivery, perfect and trusted from loaded.
The Cons
None.
Grace's gameplay is evocative, scary, and immersive, while Leon's is action-packed and fun: practically a spot-on fusion between Resident Evil 7 and Resident Evil 4.
The story grabs you right from the start and develops brilliantly throughout the game (and I'd say long live the fan service!).
Not to mention the RE Engine and performances: the latest chapter in the series couldn't help but feature stunning graphics, pushing the engine to its limits and making full use of Ray Tracing. On the technical side, it's a true standout without precedent—despite the top-tier graphics and physics, the game runs practically anywhere with the right settings. Outstanding optimization, incredible work by Capcom.
I played it (5600X, RTX 3060, 32GB RAM) at 1080p Ultra + Ray Tracing ON using DLSS 4.5 Quality/Balanced Preset M and FSR 3 Frame Generation.
Solid 90/140 fps without stutters and flawless frame pacing.
If you're up for it, do multiple runs to unlock all achievements, hoping for plenty of DLC soon.
Platining Resident Evils is a different thing.
For now, it's Game of the Year, no doubt about it—highly recommended to all gamers, especially survival horror fans.

The Pros
Beautuful Graphics Story Jump scares
The Cons
Short
Everything flows nicely, from the incredible visual and art design to the detailed sound effects... I cannot find anything I don't like about this Resident Evil.
I'm almost nine hours in and believe me, the pacing of the story switching between Grace and Leon doesn't speed down. Capcom has really set the record straight with this release: combining everything that the series does right, adding dramatic intensity into the plot and performances and the ability to surprise with a series which has just turned thirty years old.
Buy it without hesitation. You won't be disappointed at all.
By the way, the Deluxe Edition extras are nice (multiple characters and weapons skins, filters and even the original sound effect from the OG RE menu games!). For the price and the quality, I will recommend it (don't expect it to include the more than probable future story DLC, tho).
A true work of art and one of the best games of the generation.
The Pros
+ Story and pacing + Gameplay and the differences between controlling the two main characters + Sound design and visuals: unparalleled + Very immersive + The option to switch between third and first person at any given time + Replayable
The Cons
- That it ends :( but probably will have story DLC
Visually, the game is stunning, especially on a super ultrawide 32:9 monitor like the Samsung Neo G9 49". The immersion is incredible, and the environments look fantastic stretched across that massive field of view. All in all, Resident Evil Requiem is shaping up to be another strong entry from Capcom. After enjoying the Pragmata demo, I’m really hoping they go two‑for‑two this year.
The Pros
Brutal, scary, well optimzed for PC.
The Cons
No DLC announced yet !
