Evolution is the next major story expansion for Terminator: Dark Fate – Defiance, the gritty real-time strategy experience set in the dark future of Dark Fate.

In Evolution, the war for humanity reaches a new frontier. Lieutenant Church leads the Resistance north into the frozen territories of Canada, searching for new allies and new hope. There, amid Legion’s mining operations and experimental research sites, a new kind of killing machine is taking shape. Engineered for speed and close-quarters combat, these advanced Revs mark the next step in Legion’s evolution and a glimpse of what may soon come.

But humanity is changing too. The Integrators believe that through hybrid augmentation, mankind can transcend its limits. Their discovery of Legion’s experimental technologies sparks an uneasy alliance with Church’s forces, but also ignites a struggle for control that will decide the future of both man and machine.

A New Single-Player Campaign
Fight across nine campaign missions that trace the next phase of the war. Command both Resistance and Integrator forces as they battle Legion’s mining operations and research facilities across the frozen wastes of Canada. Each mission brings new tactical challenges: sabotage operations, defensive sieges, and full-scale assaults. As you fight not just for survival, but for the right to define what humanity becomes.

The Next Step in Warfare
Technology itself evolves on the battlefield. Humans begin to integrate augmentation technology, enhanced muscle fibers, neural uplinks, and reflex boosters. Creating the first augmented soldiers capable of standing toe-to-toe with Legion’s most advanced machines.
